No place for vegetarians, at least not if you are hungry. I got a teeny tiny parmigiana which was very good but the size of a starter. For 10€ I expect a little bit more. When I was there, the service was quite slow, unfortunately.

For a number of years now, we have always enjoyed going to Schwabinger Wassermann. Cozy restaurant with friendly service. The food was delicious. (Sometimes a bit manageable) The current hygiene measures are great. Even as a "risk patient" you feel very safe😊

A great store. Due to covid 19, only every second table was occupied. I find it very exemplary. The food was also very tasty and the service was friendly and not intrusive. Very pleasant ambience with relaxed background music. All in all highly recommended.

Overpriced

Had some drinks, they were very good! Also the food was delicious! Service was just as good (again and again asked, if everything was ok, with a order the drink was promptly etc.). Great decor, pleasant atmosphere and good location. Can recommend the restaurant, especially for a relaxing evening with drinks.

Constantly good impression got even better! I have to say, I've been going to Aquarius at irregular intervals for years and sometimes I wasn't sure if I was excited now or if it was rather average. The food is actually always good, there is an interesting selection of drinks and you rarely have to wait long. The breakfast is especially good, a bit expensive and you should definitely make a reservation, but it's worth it. I was recently there again and I have to say: the measures have been implemented really well. Given the current situation, I think it's really good that you can now get the menu as a QR code, for example. Just a small note here: the reception is not good with some providers there, my companions sometimes had problems with the shop, that's of course a shame, not the restaurant's fault, but maybe it could be optimized through wifi. But it's not a must. At some point it will load :) They also have a really great service. Due to my current situation, I'm unfortunately one of those customers who somehow always need a little extra sausage. That already annoys me a bit, but I don't want to be deprived of eating out. I explained it to the waiter, who seemed a bit overwhelmed at first, but really implemented everything and even after he had asked in the kitchen, informed me what was being changed. And really incredibly courteous because I apologized for the extra effort. The food came and was really very good - but the nicest thing was the bill. Because something was left out in my case, they simply asked a little less for it. Of course, this is not a must either, but it is positive. I can recommend it to everyone and if you have intolerances or if you need the preparation a little different due to other circumstances, you are at a good address here, with delicious food and friendly and competent service.

We just had a drink. The drinks were good, the price-performance ratio was okay and the service was very friendly. . However, it took a while for the drinks to arrive.

Good food, nice service!

If I want to drink a really good cocktail then I definitely go to Schwabinger Wassermann. Even if I can't decide which one I like ... a short talk with the bartender and he'll conjure up something that suits my taste 😃 Add to that the large selection of gin ... My tip: BlackWoods too Berries and some black pepper :-) The food is also very good and can only be recommended. Regardless of whether you go with friends or with the smallest of the family, everything is always perfect and everyone really enjoyed their visit to Wassermann ...

Good lunch options and daily menus! Great food quality!

There were five of us at dinner, got a seat straight away. The service was great and the food was there super quickly. The price-performance ratio is also okay. I can only recommend this restaurant in Schwabing

We are here more often because the lunch menu is delicious and you can sit outside. Unfortunately, the service is always a gamble. Unfortunately, we often had bad service (long waiting times, often ignored, wrong orders, etc.). You also get the feeling that the service doesn't like to work together. So overall OK.

A great place for Sunday brunch. Been coming here for years and specially love their Sunday brunch. Big menu of breakfast options, daily lunch specials and of course a full menu of food including burgers, bavarian dishes and so on. Service is good, plenty of outdoor seating and good quality food. The Weißwürst was great as was the fried eggs. The bratkartoffle and Kaiserschmarrn was just divine. In fact the Kaiserschmarrn here today was the best I have had in Munich, sweet, buttery, crispy on the outside and stodgy on the inside :-) We like it here and come back semi regularly for a nice meal or drinks.

I was actually looking forward to a nice breakfast in Aquarius today. My friends had reserved a table specially. In the beginning everything was fine. A tall young man brought us straight to our table and explained that the menu is currently available on the cell phone. When we wanted to order, our waitress (Bulgarian origin?) Finally came to the table after repeated inquiries. She was obviously in a really bad mood and she let us feel that too. We didn't feel like we were welcome. Later on, her friendly colleague took care of us. Actually, I would like to give more stars because of them, but this unfriendly service spoiled our good mood so much that I just can't rate it any differently. Maybe you should think about exchanging this person. Kindest.

Nice place for lunch or dining in a calm area. Very polite and attentive staff. Burgers done exactly according to the order. Fair prices.

The food was delicious but the service is disastrous. A telephone reservation was ajar, as it said you could just drop by and you definitely get a place. Of course it wasn't. Once again we were stubbornly ignored by the waitress, so we went to another restaurant and a third time we got a menu when asked the third time and 15 minutes after the meal, on request !, our drinks. Too bad I will not recommend the restaurant anymore. Perhaps you should simply put the profit from the increased prices in additional staff rather than in your own pocket.

Bought it to eat them at home! Tha burguer came incredible in 10 minutes! AMAZING! Love it! The meat is one of the very beat I tried!

I have been living around the corner from this place for 5 months and visited many times; mostly had pleasant experiences with good food and staff. A good neighbourhood restaurant. Today however was a terrible experience. I ordered the set lunch menu. My main course arrived without the salad / starter, which I had to ask for. After finishing and having my plate removed, the waitress walks around all the other tables who have finished taking payment, before disappearing into the back. I had finished my meal about 15-20 minutes ago but my table had not been set for dessert, nor was one offered (despite being on the menu). No one seemed bothered. I stood up to ask someone else, who summoned my waitress from the back. She then snatches my payment card aggressively and mutters something under her breath. It was extremely uncomfortable and I told her she did not need to be so rude, as I have been here many times before in previous weeks. Her aggressive tone continued and I was told to not come back. So I asked to speak to the manager - she was the manager (and GF of the chef!). They may need to consider getting better front of house staff or "management" if this is the way they treat, and talk to, their customers. I've worked restaurants before and know how tough it can be so do not easily make a fuss (service in Germany is usually always a little slower than the UK which is absolutely fine, and people have bad days) but I should not have been treated like this given I *was* a regular customer. Will not be going back. Shame.

The Schwabinger Wasserman is in the heart of Munich and a much visit as it provides an authentic German dinner experience. I have the beef tar tar and will recommend that as well as the veil schnitzel. The service was good and staff were friendly. I will go back in the near future.

We visited twice. Once for dinner and then for breakfast the next day. Both meals were excellent as were the staff. They were very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. The menu is very comprehensive including vegetarian options. A traditional breakfast of white sausage is available. I woukd not hesitate to recommend here.

We were a group of around 12 people. The staff seemed inexperienced, as they took half the tables orders and then they took about 15 minutes to take the rest of the orders. After the drinks came to our table, I noticed another group, of 8 people and had arrived later than we did, get their drinks and plates earlier than we did. Some plates obviously take longer to make, but it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes after the drinks. Although the food was good, it wasn't exceptional for the price they ask. The staff also overcharged 3 beers that we didn't drink. I had to be very assertive to the person which I was paying my part of the bill, because they were insisting I had a beer along my iced tea. All in all, I wouldn't recommend eating here and the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of the food. If I ever go to Munich again, I'll stay away from this restaurant.
